"I love this place, can be a little pricey. But I have great coverage on my car van, life insurance on myself and friend all under $500. "Unfortunately this insurance agent is not aware of what is going on. I called in January to let them know that I was going to take one car out of the police and leave the other two cars. The month of February they charged me as they always do. But on February 18 I went to try to buy and there I found out that I did not have coverage for any car. I called the next day and they told me that the insurance policy was cancelled, I asked why and the person told me that it was a mistake. Then he tells me they are going to fix it. Today I call 7 days later and find out that I have no insurance policy. Nobody fixed anything. The people who work there don't even know what they are doing and don't care about anything. If a cop pulls me over I get a ticket because they are inept. I called customer service and he told me it was weird. He even apologized without being the one at fault."

"The customer service was good, however I found cheaper car insurance and canceled it two days later, It took two weeks for my check to come which was $223 dollars short. I immediately went back to the location to find out why, the lady was nice about it but she also wanted me to show proof that I had coverage prior to me canceling my coverage from State Farm, which I did it just seemed a little fishy to me knowing that they ask you all of this prior to accepting coverage from the very beginning, now I have to wait another two weeks just for the rest of my money to come not sure if I’ll ever use State Farm again because that was just very odd to me….."

"This is the worst experience that I've ever had dealing with an insurance company. I will never, ever recommend this branch of State Farm to anyone. I plan to get on social media to let everyone know where not to get any type of insurance no matter the price. All I wanted to do is add my daughter to my insurance and it was a disaster!!!! My girlfriend and her mother switched to State Farm because of me and oh how I regret that. You had better believe they will be switching to my current company!"

"I love this State Farm office because they are always helpful, and so professional. Anytime I have insurance questions, Taren is always so friendly and answer all of my questions. She make sure all your questions are answered before hanging up the phone. This office go above and beyond to make their customers are happy. "I had to switch from another statefarm agency (Megan green statefarm in GA) because I felt like they could not complete simple things or answer simple questions. As someone who works in this same industry, I value customer service and honesty. I switched to this agency online and today was my first time reaching out to them. Taryn immediately processed my request with no hesitation and also called me to recap what I needed which I appreciated - that speaks volumes to her professionalism. I asked my prior agent to process the same thing for months now - she has even sent me a COI to confirm the change, and lo and behold it was never even processed. Shame on them. I used to have a great relationship with my old agency in SC (Les Jordan in Walterboro) and haven’t been able to obtain that relationship with another agency since. I hate that I didn’t switch agencies sooner but happy to be in good hands with the new agency. Looking forward to doing business in the future. Thank you again!"
